John Angelilli, President

As a Business Broker and Exit Planning Strategist, John will bridge the gap.
With over three decades of experience holding key positions as CFO and General Manager, John brings a wealth of knowledge he can share with you. Since 2012, he has been an independent consultant, providing expert advisory and consulting services to businesses. John holds an MBA from Youngstown State University, where he was honored as MBA Alumni of the Year in 2010. Recently The National Association of Certified Valuation Analyst (NACVA) awarded a me a Certified Valuation Analyst® (CVA®) designation which is the World’s premiere valuation credential and is the only valuation credential accredited by both the National Commission for Certifying Agencies® (NCCA®), the accreditation body of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence™ (ICE™), and the ANSI National Accreditation Board® (ANAB®). A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, John received an honorable discharge after his service. Outside of his career, John is a dedicated family man, married to Lisa (Wire), with two adult children and three grandchildren. His hobbies include traveling, cycling, gardening, and exploring the culinary arts. John is also an active member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Parish in New Middletown, Ohio, and the Pacentrano Italian Club of Youngstown, Ohio.

With over 15 years of experience in both public accounting and private roles, Andrea Robinson has a deep understanding of how to efficiently and effectively service clients, having the perspective from “both sides of the fence.” Andrea’s broad experience makes her a go-to resource for clients on the critical everyday issues that make their businesses tick, including GAAP, financial statement preparation, income tax, payroll tax, and general accounting.
